- • 1928-12-21 : New Riverside Church building under construction is heavily damaged by fire (on the winter solstice)
- • 1929-10 : Moved to Jewish synagogue Temple Beth-El during construction (same month as NY stock market crash)
- • 1930-10 : Moved to new building on Riverside Drive
