Under political pressure, Abraham Foxman, the dogmatic chieftain of the Anti-Defamation League, has now conceded that the massacre of the Armenian Christians in Turkey during World War I was in fact an attempted genocide. Here is his statement.
The ADL's mission is "to stop the defamation of the Jewish people", to preach "diversity" while avoiding "assimilation", to "advocate for Israel", and to stifle the critics of Zionism and the Jewish state. Clearly, the goyim and their affairs are unworthy of consideration from the Talmudic perspective. Perhaps Mr. Foxman was right to say that the Armenian massacre was "not our issue". Or was it?
Several historians have documented that the revolutionary "Committee of Union and Progress" of Salonika, or "Young Turks", which participated in this genocidal program was largely comprised of Jews and manipulated by the Zionists as part of a scheme to breakup the Ottoman Empire and acquire Palestine for themselves after the war. Now that would be an issue worth considering.
"It is a well-known fact that the Salonika Committee was formed under Masonic auspices with the help of the Jews and Donmehs, or crypto-Jews of Turkey, whose headquarters are at Salonika... It appears unquestionable that the Jews supplied the brains for the Committee movement..."
-- London Times, July 11, 1911, "Jews and the Situation in Albania"
Other authors have written about the Zionist - Masonic leadership of the Young Turks movement, including Emmanuel Carraso, Djavid Bey, Mehmed Talaat, and Vladimir Jabotinsky (see links).
"The ascension to power of the Young Turks rekindled all the old Zionist illusions of gaining their aspirations through patient work with the rulers at Constantinople, and their Political Bureau there worked hard... Jabotinsky wrote in French and Hebrew and supervised the entire operation. He lectured tirelessly...and his efforts were successful in all respects except the most important, the Turks were still not interested in handing over Palestine to the World Zionist Organization."
-- Lenni Brenner, "The Iron Wall", chapter 3
UPDATE: President Bush and the State Dept. urged the Congress to reject a resolution condemning the Armenian genocide. Jewish congressman Tom Lantos, accused of being a "holocaust denier" by Armenian groups, warned that Americans might have to "pay an even heavier price" if the resolution is passed.
