"A little learning is a
dangerous thing"

During President Bush's recent tour of Israel and the middle east, the Jewish leaders of the Temple Mount Faithful movement presented him with a curious and threatening scroll addressed to him as the "chief prince of Meshech and Tubal", who is definitely NOT a "friend of Israel":

"Son of man, set thy face against Gog, [of] the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him:... Thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land... And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD." -- Ezekiel 38

"Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal... Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands [military forces], and the people that are with thee... And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD." -- Ezekiel 39

The scroll, issued by the modern Pharisees of the "Council of the Sanhedrin", calls on the American President to declare that:

"The Land of Israel was bequeathed to the nation of Israel by the Creator of the world... Thus I call upon all the nations to save themselves from certain doom, to...recognize that this land is the exclusive rightful inheritance of the [Jewish] people of Israel, as is written in the Torah of Israel, which constitutes the very foundation of our [Christian] faith, as well as that of Islam; and is the basis for the decisions of the community of nations. He who denies this truth endangers all life on earth.

I shall dedicate all my strength and resources towards settling the Jewish people throughout their entire land. I shall greatly encourage and empower the Jews all over the world to rise up to the Land of Israel and to settle it, to establish God's sanctuary in Jerusalem, [and] to distance strangers from it..."

-- Megillat Bush, Jan 2008

Of course, the "entire land" of Eretz Yisrael is much larger than the territory they now control, and the "strangers" to be "distanced" from it would include all non-Jews. But perhaps a fair tradeoff could be arranged.

To facilitate the project, and to "greatly encourage" all the Jews to settle there as requested, Mr. Bush could use his "strength and resources" to seize the Jewish properties in New York, Florida and California and give them to the displaced Arabs in exchange. The taxpayer money currently wasted on "foreign aid" for both groups would easily cover the relocation costs.

But seriously, if these rabbis who claim to speak "in the name of the Jewish people" really believe that the U.S. President is the leader of the accursed "land of Magog", then why negotiate with him at all?

"Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which [is] in Jerusalem. Because ye have said, 'We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves'... Your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it." -- Isaiah 28:14-18

Strangely enough, the nickname of George Bush Sr. at the Yale Skull and Bones Society is "Magog". He is the one who launched the previous war against Iraq (aka Babylon), which his son -- and the Zionist "neocon" cabal -- has since continued.
