"A little learning is a
dangerous thing"

"The rapper Slim Dunkin was fatally shot at an Atlanta recording studio on Friday evening... The police have not yet identified the shooter or recovered the handgun... He was featured on several tracks by Waka Flocka Flame, including "Fuck the Club Up" and had recently released a 20-song mixtape featuring Gucci Mane, Roscoe Dash, and Pastor Troy."

What a tragic loss for society! Another young talent gone to waste, as one of the "Twin Towers" of the infamous Brick Squad bites the dust. Who can forget timeless classics like "Hood Bitch", "Fuck U", "Same Shit", and "Man Down"? See lyrics. Looks like he wasn't bullet proof after all.

But life goes on for Edgar Bronfman Jr., billionaire chairman of Warner Music Group*, and his chief procurer Todd Moscowitz who continue to make big bucks proudly promoting this depraved "shit" and the culture it represents.

"In Warner Bros. Records we found an awesome partner... They don't mind that we're a bit freaky and into weird shit. They...are a nimble and smart company that's giving us the freedom, capital, and muscle to discover and break new artists... Todd Moscowitz and Co. are the industry leaders... So between us, we've got a killer offering for artists that beats the hell out of the competition."

-- Done Waiting, 2011-11-23

"Freshly released from jail, Gucci Mane partied with close friends last night, hosting a select group at a private dinner in the Grand Ballroom of the Georgian Terrace Hotel [in Atlanta]... Record execs from across the country, including Atlanta's James Rhodes and Asylum Records' CEO Todd Moscowitz, attended as well... Known around the courthouse as Radric Davis, [Mane] was released shortly after midnight on Wednesday, having served six months for violating probation on an assault charge."

-- Atlanta Journal, 2010-05-13

"Todd Moscowitz, President, Independent Label Group, said, "What we have built at Asylum...is a testament to the labels and the artists that we have partnered with. We are so proud of what we have all achieved together... Under Moscowitz's tenure, Asylum has emerged as a leading destination and partner to 'music entrepreneurs' in the discovery of promising new urban and hip-hop artists."

What's it all about? Another rapper, who seems to know the score, calls it "Universal Mind Control":

"All they wanna do is dance...
I hustle for mathematics ($$$)...
I touch the masses like a Catholic
Expensive rap shit, my future's backlit...
This is that new shit, keep 'em standing in line
That Universal Mind Control...
You know you like it, it's calling yo' name...
Freakin', shakin', money makin'..."

-- Common, "Universal Mind Control"

"Warner Bros. Records releases Grammy award winning rapper, actor, and author Common's highly anticipated album The Dreamer, The Believer. "Common has been a fabulous partner for the Warner Bros. label," says Warner Bros. Co-President and CEO Todd Moscowitz."

-- Unrated Magazine, 21-Dec-2011

Some of the booty from this "mind control" operation goes to support Bronfman family causes like the World Jewish Congress, an ultra-Zionist organization whose former chairman and major benefactor Edgar Bronfman, Sr. was recently out hawking his book, "Hope, Not Fear: A Path to Jewish Renaissance":

"I'm not advocating intermarriage [with non-Jews]. What I'm saying is that intermarriage is here... Let's make it work for us, rather than against us," the former president of World Jewish Congress said during a recent speech at McGill University in Montreal...

"We don't have to worry about keeping the bloodlines pure nowadays. We have DNA," he said.

Edgar Bronfman Jr. was married to a black actress [in the 1980s]... Bronfman Sr. initially was against the marriage, but he eventually came around and even paid for the wedding."

* Note: Warner Music was recently acquired by another member of the Jewish billionaires club, Len Blavatnik, and it has been announced that Bronfman Jr. will step down as Chairman next year. Both Bronfman and Blavatnik are members of the CFR.
